Shipping delivery

1. In-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours. Special requests, expedites, and forklifts are subject to additional charges.
All USlighting products are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.The purchaser is responsible for the security of the delivery location. USlighting is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs upon arrival.
For our customers located in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for the best shipping and delivery options. We will work with you to ensure that your product arrives in a timely manner and discuss options regarding duties/import charges.
2. Obligation of Delivery Inspection The customer must inspect all products before accepting delivery. Any signs of damage to the outer carton or any anomalies on the bill of lading or invoice must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt. The customer is also required to inspect all products immediately after delivery to detect other damages, shortages and discrepancies. Customer shall give written notice to Supplier of claims of defective anomalies within seven (7) days of delivery. If the Customer fails to give such notice, the Products are deemed satisfactory and accepted, and the Customer shall not be entitled to make any subsequent claims against the Supplier for shortages, damages or non-conformities. The customer is expressly entitled to revoke acceptance after the expiration of the aforementioned 7-day inspection period.

Warranty

5 Years Warranty

We offer a warranty of up to 5 years on eligible products.ensuring your purchase is protected for an extended period.

1. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged by improper use, excessive voltage or incorrect installation. Our warranty covers only the product itself and does not include any labor required to install or remove the product, unless specifically stated. Please ensure that you follow all guidelines for proper use and installation to avoid any potential damage that may not be covered under warranty.
2.In case of a luminaire failure within the warranty period, replacement of the faulty part or the entire luminaire will be provided based on the specific product and fault. Replacement instructions will be given if needed, and a replacement fixture will be shipped by USlighting after inspecting the defective one.
3.Within 30 days, shipping costs for both the defective part and the replacement part are free of charge. after 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective part to our warehouse and the customer will pay the shipping costs for the replacement part.

Returns

Our products are manufactured with the highest quality craftsmanship and shipped in protective packaging. We offer convenient online returns. Click here to view our return policy and/or to initiate a return. To initiate a return or request a warranty replacement/repair, please use our online returns form. (For products damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items. An online Return Authorization Request must be completed within 7 days of receiving the damaged product in order to receive a replacement. (Oversized items may incur a restocking fee due to shipping costs.)

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact Customer Service. (Include phone number, email) Cancellation fees apply to orders that are generated and require assembly; once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Special order fixtures cannot be canceled or returned.
